GARLIC BACON POT ROAST


Ingredients:
  • 3 pounds beef shoulder roast or roast of your choice
  • 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 3/4 cup beef stock
GARLIC BACON POT ROAST
Directions:
  1. Trim the fat off of the beef roast. Place the roast in the slow cooker.
  2. Sprinkle the crumbled bacon over top the roast.
  3. Add the minced garlic to the top of the roast.
  4. Pour the beef stock over top the roast.
