Oreo Hot Fudge Cheesecake Bars

Ingredients
Crust

• 24 Oreos, processed in food processor to crumbs
• 5 T. Melted butter

Cheesecake Layer

• 16 ounces room temp cream cheese
• ½ c. granulated sugar
• ¼ c. sour cream
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp. vanilla extract
• 1 T. flour
• ½ tsp.salt

Garnish

• fresh whipped cream
• hot fudge

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Line an 8x8'' baking dish with nonstick foil.
3. Mix cookie crumbs and butter for crust and press into pan.
4. Bake 10 mins and cool.
