CROCK POT LOW-CARB TACO SOUP

Just dump every in the crock pot and dinner is done. Can freeze leftovers for a quick meal later. This soup is seriously delicious!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 lb ground beef, cooked
  • 1 (8-oz) package cream cheese
  • 1 (8-oz) package Velveeta cheese, cubes
  • 1 (1-oz) package Hidden Valley Original Ranch Seasoning and Salad Dressing Mix
  • 3 Tbsp taco or  southwestern seasoning  (Mrs. Dash Southwest Chipotle)
  • 2 (10-oz) cans Ro*tel diced tomatoes and green chiles
  • 4 cups beef broth

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Place all ingredients in a 6-qt Slow Cooker. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours.
